What is Trimix?

Trimix has changed the lives of men across the country who previously suffered from severe erectile dysfunction. Many of these men had little or no response to commonly prescribed PDE5 medications, like Viagra® and Cialis®. Intracavernous Injection products (ICI) like Trimix can be used to produce a very strong erection which can last the entire duration of sexual activity.

Trimix is a combination of two prostaglandins (phentolamine and alprostadil) plus a vasodilator (papaverine). These ingredients appear to act together to increase arterial inflow, dilate smooth muscles, and restrict venous outflow. Together, these effects promote erectile rigidity with greater success and in smaller doses than if these compounds are used as single therapies.

Getting Started Is Simple

To start the Defy Medical Trimix program, simply follow these four steps:

Call our Patient Advocates at 813-445-7342, or email Care@DefyMedical.com. They will answer any questions and guide you through becoming a patient at Defy. Your Patient Advocate will also send you the Health Questionnaire and Consent to Treat forms, which you can conveniently fill out and send back to us via email. 

Your Physical Exam results help us understand the full picture of your health, so our provider can tailor a treatment plan just for you. To continue treatment, we require an updated physical exam each year.

In this consultation, you and your provider will go over your goals for ED treatment and your Physical Exam results. This will also be your opportunity to ask detailed questions.

Once your provider has prescribed the necessary medication, you can order your prescription conveniently through our online patient portal and have it shipped straight to your door. You can also request refills online, and there are no required follow-up consultations. Our medical team is available to provide ongoing support, and you can request an appointment any time you wish to discuss treatment options.

Testosterone Levels Affect Libido, Sex Drive, and ED
