A novel testosterone dosage form that is easy to apply with no injections necessary.

Testosterone can be administered to the nasal cavity using a topical gel-cream that is designed for mucosal absorption.  This dosage form is less common partly due to the need for daily administration with multiple applications throughout the day when used as a monotherapy. Testosterone nasal gel is sometimes used as an adjunct treatment along with another dosage form. 

Testosterone can be combined with other hormones like oxytocin to provide a synergistic outcome.

How Supplied: 

Testosterone Nasal Gel is dispensed and applied to the lateral wall of the nostril with a convenient dosing pen. Each dosing pen holds 3 mL of volume and delivers 60, 5 mg doses (5 mg/0.05 mL)

0.05 mL = 1 full revolution or 8 clicks

30 day supply (3 pens = 30 day supply (6 x 0.05 mL doses daily) = 10 mg TID
